Allie's 1st HD

This past summer Allie finished her first cross stitch piece and tonight she finished into a little ornament for her student teacher. I did not help her at all with this piece. She did it all herself from the stitching to the sewing. I am so proud of her! :) I don't know who is more excited about it her or me.

Oh my goodness! You have spread the cross stitch gene! Betsy Stinner would be so proud of you! She ends each of her classes by saying, "Each one, teach one!" You sure did!!!!!! You must be glowing - she has superb talent like you! Yay!!!!!!!! Another cross stitcher is born!

Congrats to Allie - and Mom too!!
I've tried to interest my girls in stitching, but so far haven't succeeded. But in my family it seems to skip a generation :) Hoping I get lots of granddaughters, lol!
