Easy Stitching

I have been getting some good stitching done the past few days but it isn't really by choice. The morning sickness has arrived in full force. This being said I am sticking close to the house because I am not fond of public restrooms and to be honest I don't want to have to puke in one!

I was attempting to work on Tour today when a round of morning sickness hit and sadly I had to put it away because of the headache that snuck up on me so I went and took a 2 hour nap. My head didn't hurt as bad when I woke up but there was still that occasional pounding to remind me that it was there so I figured I would work on something easy. Snowman and Friends falls right into that category!

The house is quiet and I think I am going to take advantage of it and work on Snowman some more tonight. :)

Happy Stitching!

Ohhhh, I feel your pain. I had 4 months of all-day morning sickness with my now 1-yo. I was absolutely worthless...spent most of my time on the couch because I couldn't remain upright without getting dizzy and nauseous. My older daughter (she was 3 then) watched an inordinate amount of TV and movies, but I really couldn't help it. I think she's OK for it...LOL!

What finally helped a bit was those little wrist bands for air sickness. It wasn't an all-out complete cure, but they did make a small difference. I think I still have mine around here...if you want, I could send them to you.

I like that snowman...he's looking good!

I used to get migraine at the begining of my pregnancies too ( I hate that ... I guess we can blame it on the hormones ... :-(( )

Your snowman is even cuter when we enlarge it !!!

Here's hoping you don't have to deal with that for too long! Ugh. Have you tried eating a couple crackers before you get out of bed in the morning? That helped me when I was sick with Joshua.

As crazy as it sounds --- morning sickness means good things (at least that's what my OB/GYN told me when I was pregnant with Stephen). It means are progressing well!

Hope you'll be over it soon and on to the fun parts of being preganant. I loved months 5 and 6!

Your stocking is coming along very nicely. You'll have a lot of memories to fill up that stocking!

Ugh, morning sickness sounds just delightful to deal with - NOT! It's just a phase, though, and it will pass soon enough. At least, I hope it will. :) Snowman and Friends is coming along nicely and I can't wait to see your next update.
