It was a pretty quiet day here. I got caught up on the house cleaning and laundry so I didn't stitch much this morning. I did manage to finish the cross stitching on my snowman. I am hoping to finish the back stitching tomorrow.

Alphabet Box
I can finally reveal a finish I had over the weekend. You might remember I stitched BRD Alphabet Tree but never finished it. I never finished it because it was for a birthday present for Renee and I needed to find the perfect fabric to match. Well, after searching and searching I couldn't find any fabric so that left me to paint the box. I was really nervous about painting it because I was worried the paint would end up drying to light but that didn't happen. It matches perfectly! :)

As usual I'm behind in my reading, so I missed the drawing for the pillow. The pillow turned out adorable, and I so agree with the idea regarding housework. Your box is gorgeous as well, what lovely finishes both.
