Yesterday FIL decided to take me to breakfast which was a nice thought. However, after the food was served I took 3 bites of the biscuits and gravy that I ordered and quickly decided I did not like it. I silently thought to myself that my puppy dog was going to have a nice treat. So, I got a "to go" box and saved it for Girly. When I got home and gave it to her and she wouldn't even eat it and she isn't picky about her food either! Now, if a dog won't even eat it that is BAD! FIL wants to take me to lunch on Friday and I hope this time it will be edible.

I didn't get a lot of stitching done last night. Usually I like to stitch after the kids have gone to bed but last night my neck was hurting so I knew that I would end up making mistakes and decided to stop while I was ahead.

I should get to stitch a good amount today since Mike has the day off and all he wants to do is catch up on some much needed sleep. He has been working 10 hours and a day 6 days a week. He is supposed to have Thursdays off but they have been extremely short handed so he has had to work on Thursdays. This has been going on for about 2 months and he is has been a walking zombie. So, while I let him sleep today I will be content to stitch quietly.

Have a good day!

Hope you do get to stitch lots!

You know we shouldn't put up with bad food and bad service! I've started taking a page out of my Mum's book and sending food back. How else are they going to know they're putting out crap unless we complain!

Hope you got some quality stitching in today. Sorry to hear about the neck. I have problems with mine too. Sometimes I put an herbal hot wrap on mine and it helps. I got it from my friend who got it from Beauty Control.

Well, I choose the same moments for stitching too... They're peaceful and pleasant. And I'm also very productive when DH is close to me... Best moments really...
The tree's coming along slowly but surely, and I love it.
Lovely fob too.
Take care, Dawn!

Nice progress, the Brittercup designs are such fun. Sorry your meal was so poor. When a dog turns up its nose you know it's bad, they seem to be willing to eat anything (whether it should be eaten or not, LOL).
