I Got A Suprise!!

It has been an unusually crazy week for me which means I haven't gotten a lot stitching done. I have managed to put in a couple of nights working on TdM. It doesn't look like it but that is about 6 hours of stitching progress from last post.

I also have been working on the gifts for Kendra, Chiloe, and Dee. I have one finished already but I am trying to see if I can get all 3 finished and mailed out at the same time.

For the past week or so I haven't been feeling like my normal self. I have been extremely tired. Tired to the point I have been falling asleep before 10:00 PM every night which isn't like me at all. I usually don't put my stitching needle away until around midnight. At first I thought it was because my iron level is low, which turns out it is low, but that isn't the cause of my tiredness so to speak. The reason I am so tired is because I am pregnant!

The news came is a complete shock but we are thrilled about it. I am about 5 1/2 weeks along right now with a due date of November 15 which just happens to be my birthday. Krissy and Allie haven't said much about it other than teasing me I will be getting bigger. Mac promptly told us if it is a girl to leave it at the hospital! LOL...I guess he is rooting for a boy. :)

I am scared and excited about this pregnancy. Excited for the pending arrival but scared of the pregnancy itself. I had a horrible pregnancy with Mac and I almost died. I have spoken to my doctor already and he assures me that he doesn't think I will encounter those problems again. He didn't even put me on bed rest! With Mac I was on complete bed rest from the time I was 6 weeks pregnant until Mac was born at 29 weeks. However, things are looking good right now for this pregnancy.:)

Have a great evening!!

WOW! Congrats! I can't help but laugh at Mac's comment...if it's girl, leave her at the hospital. Kids are so funny!

I've been feeling really run-down and tired too, but I don't think it's the same "affliction" as you have! I love my 2 girls and wouldn't trade them for anything, but I don't want to follow that yellow brick road again...LOL!

Take it easy and here's hoping no bed rest!

congratulatons on the wonderful news. I have 1 daughter and 4 sons and when I was having the last one my eldest son (2nd child) didn't want a sister at all and when I told him it would be a little sister not a big sister he felt better about the whole idea. He has a little brother :o))
