Tiny Progress

Thank to everyone for their sweet comments on the needle roll I made for Heather. I have become quite fond of making them and involves no glue! Glue likes me too well, I usually end up with more on my hands than on the actual project..lol.

It was raining off and on all day so it was a day of kicking back, watching tv, and stitching for me. I worked some more on WF. Her stitch size is 236w x 208h. I'm stitching her on 28 count fabric that I dyed a golden yellow. Her finished size should be about 17 x 15 inches.

This is a close up of the area I have backstitched.

Today is the last day of summer break for the kiddos. 12 hours from now I will have the whole place to myself (and the fur babies) for 7 hours. What shall I ever do to keep myself occupied? I am sure I will find something..lol.

Have a good evening!

Woodland Fairy looks great! It doesn't look like she'll be a UFO for long. :P

It is looking great, it is amazing what a bit of back stitching can do for the definition of a project.

Oh, wow! Dawn, this is such an impressive piece of work (and I do mean WORK!). I'd forgotten I had this TW design and have never done one, but what an inspiration you are to me to drag it out of my charts and go for it. It's just gorgeous! Beautiful stitching!

WF looks awesome. TW's pieces are so beautiful, but such a lot of detail.
