It has been a cold, wet and dreary day here today. Rain in December...something is just wrong with that! So, what is a girl supposed to do on a day like this? Why, cross stitch of course! :) I worked on Topaz Fairie a bit more this weekend but I didn't feel like pulling her out today so I opted for a quick finish. I stitched Joyeux Noel by The Cat Whisker's Designs out of the 2007 JCS issue. I am planning on finishing this one into an ornament later tonight.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

Wonderful Christmas tree from Joyeux Noel, Dawn. I love the new look of your blog too.
You've been a busy lady since I was here last. Lets see, where to begin - Your tree turned out so cute, what a fun finish. I love the fob you made to tuck into Bea's RR, what a thoughtful surprise to tuck in for her. Your two ornaments you finished earlier look wonderful too, especially Snow Happy, what a cute face.
Allie's stocking turned out fantastic. That is such a fun design, and the fabric you gound to back it with is perfect. Also, congrats to Mac on doing so well in the spelling bee at school, that it a great accomplishment.

Love the tree. Can't wait to see the ornament. Rain? We have ice! Lot's of ice.
Your ornie turned out wonderful!
Sorry about the rain. How would you like to have 85 degree weather? :p
Your new layout is very bright! :)
Just be glad you have rain and not golfball hail! :P
Lovely ornie. I'm still debating about getting this years chrissy JCU issue. But I quite like that design.
It amazes me how fast some of you ladies can stitch! I've been working on Winter Love from that issue for 2 days and all I finished was the scarf part. (To be fair, I was doing other things, but still!)
It looks lovely!
Very pretty! Love the fancy stitches!
I love that ornament Dawn:) It's a must stitch for me next year!
beautiful stitching Dawn! this design is in my To-Do list :)
Oh, I love Cats Whiskers designs! Yours looks great - congrats on all your finishes!! :D
