I went ahead and worked ATC and made some good progress...with no frogs! :) Let me tell you, it felt good to stitch on it on not have to rip out the progress I made.

Floss Gremlins
Does anybody else have floss gremlins in their house? Well, I do! Yesterday when I sat down to work on Above the Clouds I discovered DMC 762 was missing! Now, I just used that exact one the night before (I used it on Geisha!) so I know for a fact that I have it but now I can't find it....anywhere!
I went ahead and worked ATC and made some good progress...with no frogs! :) Let me tell you, it felt good to stitch on it on not have to rip out the progress I made.

Yes, I lose floss all the time. I have no idea where it goes to, but generally it never comes back ;)
ATC is looking great! I love the muted colors! I'm kind of floss-anal-retentive so I seem to have banished the gremlins thus far. :P Of course, now that I've said that I'm sure half my stash will up and scurry off.

I lose alot of stitching related items. My floss is usually in my stitching chair between the cushion. Strands of floss are usually stuck to pieces of clothing and carried throughout the house.

I'm having the floss gremlin problem too. I could be done Autumn Leaves today, except that I'm "missing" two colors that I KNOW I have. I'm doubly frustrated because they didn't have the one I'm missing at the store either!

Yes! The pumpkin piece takes DMC 543. I know I have all the DMC colors, so where is this Floss*a*way bag? At least I only have to try and find one color. On Maui finding any DMC at all could be a challenge.

ATC looks great! I lose floss a lot, because I share floss with several projects. I try to keep it all in the same area, but that usually doesn't happen :P Sometimes I think I should just buy new floss for every project, but then I'd have 25 of #762 LOL! :D
