Birthday Exchange

Melissa's present finally arrived! This is the first time I made a placemat and I had fun stitching it. I got the pattern out of Cross Quick Feb/Mar 1989. I stitched it on 28 count evenweave that I dyed myself. I really like how it turned out.

It's beautiful, Dawn! You did a great job with dying the fabric and the floss color stands out and yet blends in at the same time. Well done! :)
